MM23SC221
MM23SC221 is a SLE4436 / SLE5536 Eurochip compatible 221-bit EEPROM Intelligent Counter with Security Logic and 16 bits ROM suitable for prepaid payphone and parking cards.
The EEPROM and ROM areas are used to store identification data, user data and counter.
MM23SC221 is also equipped with security features, which include anti tearing protection, voltage and frequency sensor detection and anti-hacking preventing signal or physical analysis.

MM23SC4428 is a secured memory chip 1024 x 8 bits of EEPROM with programmable write protection for each byte.
