SENIOR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST : rm 4,500 - rm 6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair PCB Boards for Industrial electronic equipment.

  • Perform hardware replacements, soldering and troubleshooting works.

  • Manage supply chains/sourcing for components/parts.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure repair quality and performance.

  • Provide technical advice and support for customers.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Oversee and guide PCB repair technicians.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial PCB diagnostic and repairs.

  • Ability to solder/desolder tiny surface-mount devices (SMDs) and THT devices.

  • Knowledge of various electronics components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors) and their functions.

  • Proficiency in using multimeters, microscopes, pre heater and power supplies.

  • Skill in repairing defective PCBs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) using hot air, soldering stations, and magnification tools.

TECHNICAL SPECIALIST : rm 3,000 - rm 4,000 per month

  • Perform hardware replacements (components, screens, batteries, charging ports, motherboards, etc.), soldering and software-related troubleshooting.

  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repaired items meet performance.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring tools and components are properly handled.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.

  • More than 3 years of experience in industrial PCB diagnostic and repairs.

  • Understanding of electronic components, circuits, and device architecture.

  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques (e.g., soldering, micro-soldering, reflow).

  • Ability to read schematics and diagnose faults down to component level is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
